Sanjivani Homeopathic Clinic("we", "us", "the clinic") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or our clinic, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you share voluntarily. Name, phone number, email and WhatsApp messages when you book an appointment, send an enquiry or request a video consultation.
• Clinical records created during treatment. Medical history, case notes, prescriptions, lab reports you share with us, and case photographs when you consent to them. These are stored securely and accessed only by Dr. Jatin and our clinical support team.
• Video consultation data for NRI patients. We do not record video calls. Notes are transcribed into your case file during or after the consultation in the same way as an in-clinic visit.
• Website analytics. Anonymised, aggregated data about page visits and device type. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To schedule, plan and deliver your homeopathic treatment.
• To contact you about appointments, follow-ups, prescription updates and remedy courier tracking.
• To comply with Indian regulatory requirements applicable to homeopathic clinical practice, including record-keeping under CCH/Gujarat state board rules.
• To improve our website based on anonymous usage patterns.

Photos and testimonials

We never publish before and after photos, video clips or written testimonials without your explicit written consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us and we will remove your content from the website and from all active channels.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share clinical details only (a) with the courier service (India Post International or DHL) when dispatching remedies internationally, limited to your name, shipping address and the declared contents; (b) with your referring or current physician when clinically relevant and with your consent; and (c) where required by law.

Data retention

Clinical records are retained for the period required under Indian homeopathic practice regulations. Website enquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
